This site is hosted on shared web hosting provided by Hostinger International Ltd., with content delivered through Hostinger's content delivery network. The site runs on WordPress with PHP 8.3. Requests may be served from an edge location outside the United States — at the time of writing, responses are delivered via Hostinger's Frankfurt edge — which means page requests can transit servers in the European Union even though the business and its clients are in the United States. Visual identity & design
Giovanny Engamba
Responsible for the visual identity, art direction, layout, user experience (UX/UI) and interface design of this site and of the brand: the colour system, the typographic hierarchy, the composition of every page, and the logo application throughout.
Giovanny Engamba retains the moral rights in the visual identity and graphic design work. Any substantial modification of that work, or any use of it beyond this website and the Joyce African Hair Braiding brand as delivered, requires his express prior agreement.
Development & maintenance
Otopcy
Responsible for the technical development, integration and ongoing maintenance of this site: front-end build, WordPress theme engineering, performance and accessibility work, third-party integrations, and updates.
Otopcy is not responsible for the accuracy of the editorial, service or pricing content published on the site.
Neither party warrants that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and neither is a party to any appointment, service or transaction between you and Joyce African Hair Braiding LLC.

6. Photography and client images
The photographs on this site are of work carried out at our studio in Austin. They are published with the permission of the guests concerned. Individual results vary with hair type, length, density and aftercare — see our disclaimer.
If you are pictured on this site and would like your image removed, write to joyceafricanhairbraiding@gmail.com with enough detail to identify the photograph. We will take it down promptly; you do not need to give a reason.
7. Accuracy and availability
We keep the service menu, prices, timings and opening hours as current as we can, but they are indicative and may change. Prices shown are starting points and are always confirmed at consultation before any work begins. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and a booking request is not a confirmed appointment until we confirm it — see our Terms of Service.
We do not warrant that the site will always be available, or free of errors or interruptions. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

This site links to third-party sites and platforms, including our own social media profiles, our Google Business Profile and an embedded Google Map.
